The second biennial conference of the Irish Youth Justice Service took place in Dublin Castle Conference Centre on Thursday, 25 February 2010. The theme of the Conference was "Young People and Crime - Where to Now?".

    fundamental principles relating to the citizen’s ability to 
    initiate proceedings before a court in another Member State.
